How do you define love?
Some say it's mysterious, magical, complex, difficult, imaginary, thought-provoking, inspirational, intuitional, joyous, immeasurable, ecstasy, and undefinable. Perhaps.
In one of Dr. John Gray's audio cassettes he defines love as follows: "Love is a feeling directed at someone which acknowledges their goodness."
On the same cassette, he refers to the definition by M. Scott Peck: "The willful intent to serve the well being of another."
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. - 1 Corinthians 13:5-7
My favorite is by Paramahansa Yogananda: "To describe love is very difficult, for the same reason that words cannot fully describe the flavor of an orange. You have to taste the fruit to know its flavor. So with love."
Love itself is a universal experience. Yet, every individual occurrence - while perhaps bound by a common thread - seems absolutely unique. Love is what love is! To everyone it expresses itself differently.

The mouse that shook the world
It can run for hours at 20 metres per minute without getting tired. It lives longer, has more sex, and eats more without gaining weight. Could the science that created this supermouse be applied to humans?

Scientists have been astounded by the creation of a genetically modified "supermouse" with extraordinary physical abilities – comparable to the performance of the very best athletes – raising the prospect that the discovery may one day be used to transform people's capacities.
The mouse can run up to six kilometres (3.7 miles) at a speed of 20 metres per minute for five hours or more without stopping. Scientists said that this was equivalent of a man cycling at speed up an Alpine mountain without a break. Although it eats up to 60 per cent more food than an ordinary mouse, the modified mouse does not put on weight. It also lives longer and enjoys an active sex life well into old age – being capable of breeding at three times the normal maximum age.
American scientists who created the mice – they now have a breeding colony of 500 – said that they were stunned by their abilities, especially given that the animals came about as a result of a standard genetic modification to a single metabolism gene shared with humans.
They emphasised that the aim of the research was not to prepare the way to enhance the genes of people. However, they accepted that it may be possible to use the findings to develop new drugs or treatments that could one day be used to "enhance" the natural abilities of athletes.
The professor of biochemistry at Case Western Reserve University at Cleveland in Ohio, Richard Hanson, said that the physical performance of the supermouse can only be compared to supremely fit athletes like the cyclist Lance Armstrong, who won the Tour de France seven consecutive times from 1999 to 2005. The genetic alteration to a gene involved in glucose metabolism appears to stimulate the efficient use of body fat for energy production. At the same time, the mice do not suffer from a build up of lactic acid – which causes muscle cramps – a feature also seen in the best endurance athletes.
Professor Hanson said yesterday: "They are metabolically similar to Lance Armstrong biking up the Pyrenees. They utilise mainly fatty acids for energy and produce very little lactic acid. They are not eating or drinking and yet they can run for four or five hours. They are 10 times more active than ordinary mice in their home cage. They also live longer – up to three years of age – and are reproductively active for almost three years. In short, they are remarkable animals.
"On the downside, they eat twice as much as control mice, but they are half the weight, and are very aggressive. Why this is the case, we are not really sure."
Professor Hanson, who led the 15-strong team of researchers, said that the first supermouse was created about four years ago by injecting a highly active form of a gene for an enzyme called phosphonenolpyruvate carboxykinase (PEPCK-C) into a mouse embryo. The results of studies on the mice are published for the first time today in the Journal of Biological Chemistry.
Professor Hanson said: "We humans have exactly the same gene. But this is not something that you'd do to a human. It's completely wrong. We do not think that this mouse model is an appropriate model for human gene therapy. It is currently not possible to introduce genes into the skeletal muscles of humans and it would not be ethical to even try."
However, it may be possible for pharmaceutical companies to use the findings to develop new drugs that enhance muscle performance, which may benefit certain patients. Professor Hanson accepted that it was possible athletes might misuse any future drug developed in this way.
He said: "It's very possible. It's a different approach to putting a gene into a human. I would only do that to help anyone who suffers from disorders such as cystic fibrosis."
The aim of the research was to gain a greater understanding of the PEPCK-C enzyme, which is present mainly in the liver and kidneys. As a result of the genetic modification, the mighty mice have up to 100 times the concentration of the enzyme in its muscles compared with ordinary mice.
Professor Hanson said: "The purpose of our experiment was to study energy metabolism in the mice and the role that a single, metabolically important enzyme might play in a tissue in which it is not normally expressed at high levels."
He said that the physical and behavioural changes in the modified mice were completely unexpected. Usually, scientists have to carry out blood tests to see if there has been any effect of altering the genes, but these mice were noticeably different at a very early age.
He said: "We could spot them at just a few weeks after birth. They popped around the cage like popcorn. We found that they were about 10 times as active as ordinary mice."
Further research on the mice could shed light on the link between high-calorie diets and cancer, and low-calorie diets and longevity. He said: "Our animals live longer and eat almost twice as much as ordinary mice – this is a model to study."
A risky business: previous attempts at genetic modification
Genetic modification is a 30-year-old technology that has been used extensively on a range of animals for basic research and the production of agricultural or pharmaceutical products. It involves inserting an extra gene or modifying the expression of an existing gene within the DNA of the animal. Famous examples of GM animals include:
The Beltsville pig
An early experiment involving the insertion of a gene for human growth hormone into pigs to make them grow faster. They suffered severe bone and joint problems and could not walk properly without pain.
Oncomouse
Created by scientists at Harvard. Engineered to develop cancer, it enabled researchers to use it as a model of the disease. It was involved in one of the earliest patent applications on an animal.
Knock-out mice
Probably the most common use of genetically modified animals. The mice have a gene modified or destroyed so that scientists can study the outcome. Has created a revolution in the understanding of mammalian genes.
Spider-silk goats
Spider-silk protein gene is inserted into goats to extract the substance from their milk. The silk is stronger than steel, so could be used in industry.
Spinach pigs
Japanese scientists have created pigs with an added gene from spinach. They say it cuts fat – making them healthier to eat.
Humanised cattle
A range of experiments have tried to introduce important human genes into cattle so that pharmaceutical proteins can be extracted from their milk.
The green pig
Scientists are trying to introduce a bacterial gene into pigs that will make their faeces less toxic, cutting farm pollution.

Select a location and switch to satellite view. Zoom in as far as you can, and click ‘link to this page’ at the top right. Now replace the ‘z’ parameter in the URL with a higher value, e.g. 20, 22, or 23, and wait. Some locations will now show more detailed imagery.
It is somewhat hard to find spots with the super mega google zoom … But I bet soon the whole world will have that resolution. Scary and even scarier when you think about Google Live Maps!

العادة السرية
العادة السرية
هي تصريف الطاقة الجنسية عن طريق مداعبة الأعضاء التناسلية، وتتم في الخفاء سرآ، ومن هنا عرفت باسم " العادة السرية "
وهى عملية جنسية غير كاملة إلا أنها لا تنتهي بالنهاية الطبيعية للعملية الجنسية بالإشباع والاسترخاء وهو جزء هام من العملية الجنسية لأنه يؤدى إلى عودة الأوعية الدموية في منطقة الحوض إلى وضعها الطبيعي قبل الإثارة وبالتالي فان عدم حدوث هذا الإشباع الجنسي يؤدى إلى احتقان دموي في منطقة الحوض بما له من آثار طبية سيئة على الجهاز التناسلي وعلى سائر أجهزة الجسم كما أنه قد في النهاية وبعد تكراره لفترة طويلة يؤثر على كفاءة الانتصاب ويؤدى إلى سرعة القذف مما يجعل الشاب في حاجة إلى العلاج .
هذا بالإضافة إلى ما يسببه الإفراط في العادة السرية من تأثير على الصحة العامة للشاب مما يقلل من مقاومته ويجعله عرضه للاصابه بالعديد من الأمراض التي تنتج من ضعف المقاومة وهى أمراض كثيرة وخطيرة في أغلب الأحيان . لهذا فان الأضرار الطبية العديدة التي تتسبب فيها العادة السرية تجعلنا نركز على ضرورة الامتناع عنها .
الأضرار الناتجة عن العادة السرية :
في الغالب لا يحدث ممارسة العادة إشباع لرغبة الفتاة الجنسية إشباعاً كاملاً ، مما يؤدى إلى حدوث احتقان دموي في منطقة الحوض واضطرابات في الدورة الدموية ، خاصة زيادة كمية دم الحيض ، مع الإحساس بألم شديد يسبق نزول الدم . كما قد يتسبب احتقان الحوض في زيادة كمية الإفرازات المهبلية .
وقد لا ينتج عن ذلك تمزق غشاء البكارة ، وإنما يحدث اتساع فيه مما يؤدى إلى عدم نزول دم أثناء فض الغشاء بالطريق المشروع ليلة الزفاف .
تؤدى ممارسة هذه العادة إلى حدوث اضطرابات نفسية بالإضافة إلى التوتر والقلق وتأنيب الضمير من جراء هذه الفعلة .
يصاحب الإسراف في هذه العادة ضعف عام وذبول بالجسم يؤدى إلى ضعف الذاكرة ، وعدم قدرة الجسم على مقاومة الأمراض المختلفة .
والواقع أن ممارسة العادة السرية والانغماس فيها يحدث الأضرار الآتية للشاب:
احتقان بغدة البروستاتا ، والحويصلات المنوية يسبب سرعة القذف، أي بمجرد ملامسة العضو يحدث القذف فيعتقد المرء أنه غير قادر على القيام بالعملية الجنسية عند زواجه، وهذا يعقبه أحيانا الإصابة بالضعف الجنسي (فقد القدرة على الانتصاب)
الضغط على العضو المصاحب للعادة السرية يفوق الضغط اللازم للعملية الجنسية الطبيعية وعليه لا يشعر الشاب المدمن للعادة السرية باللذة من العملية الجنسية الطبيعية كتلك المصاحبة للعادة السرية، بينما الشاب العادي يستمتع كثيرا بالحياة الجنسية الطبيعية
وهناك أعراض عامة تحدث نتيجة ممارسة هذه العادة مثل الكآبة النفسية الانطواء والبعد عن المجتمع، والضعف العام، الشحوب، ضعف الشخصية
ومن أضرارها أنها تنشط إفرازات الغدد التناسلية مما يزيد الحاجة إليها بعد ممارستها، فيسهل رسوخ هذه العادة فيترتب عليها احتياجات جسمية إضافية من إفرازات هذه الغدد
العادة السرية هي تخيل لشئ غير موجود في الواقع كلها من صنع الخيال وهنا ممكن الخطورة . فالشاب الذي أفرط في ممارسة العادة السرية وترك لخياله العنان لا يجد في عروسه ضالته المنشودة التي تعامل معها سنوات في الخيال ولا يجد في الظروف المحيطة به ما كان يحلو له أن يتخيله ولا يجد نفسه قادرا على تحقيق خياله الجنسي الذي ظل يلازمه سنوات فيشعر بالإحباط وربما لا يجد عنده الرغبة تجاه عروسه بهذه الطريقة التقليدية وهنا تبدأ المشكلة من جراء ما أصابه من ممارسة العادة السرية فهو يحتاج لعلاج نفسي لتهذيب غرائزه الجنسية لتتفق مع الواقع .لهذا وجب تنبيه الشباب والشابات من العادة السرية وأرغبهم الإقلاع عنها فورا والسبيل إلى الإقلاع عنها سهل ويسير ويستطيع أن يعمله كل شاب بنفسه فهو يحتاج إلى أن يشغل نفسه بالمذاكرة أو القراءة أو أي هواية كما أنه عليه بالرياضة البدنية.
ما هي العادة السرية ؟
العادة السرية هي الوصول إلى الرعشة الجنسية بدون الوصال الزوجي وذلك عن طريق اليد وتسمى الإستمناء أو نكاح اليد .
هل للعادة السرية أشكال ؟
نعم يوجد عدة أشكال بالنسبة للذكور والإناث
هل للعادة السرية مضار على صحة الإنسان ؟
العادة السرية ليست مضرة بحد ذاتها ولكن هناك أفراد يمارسون العادة السرية بكثرة لدرجة ترهق الجهاز العصبي والتناسلي. فأخطار الممارسة تختلف لهذه الأسباب وكل شيء يزيد عن حده الطبيعي يكون مضر ، ويقال لو أن الشاب مارس الاستنماء مرتين أو ثلاث مرات في الأسبوع فأنه لا يمكن أن يتعب جهازه التناسلي ولكن هذا الأمر يختلف عند الشخص الذي يمارس الاستنماء عدة مرات في اليوم لأنه بذلك سوف يؤثر على الجهاز التناسلي والجهاز العصبي . وهذه الأعضاء تعود إلى نشاطها السابق بشرط أن تكتسب فترة من الراحة .
وأيضا من مضارها
لا تصل العادة السرية بالشخص الذي يمارسها إلي إشباع جنسي حقيقي حيث تبقى لذتها في حدود التصورات والتخيلات . كما أنها تخلق في ذات الشخص ميلا إلى الانطواء
العادة السرية تعود الألياف العصبية على الهياج اليدوي مما يصعب ارواءها بالهياج العادي خلال عملية الجماع بين الرجل والمرأة في حالة الإفراط . وأما عند النساء يصعب عليها أن تصل إلى الهياج العادي الناجم عن الاتصال بين الرجل والمرأة
العادة السرية تدفع صاحبها إلى الإفراط والإدمان عليها وطلب المزيد فالعلاقة الطبيعية تتطلب حضور شخصين في مكان معين وساعة معينة بينما العادة السرية فمتى أراد الشخص استطاع ممارستها وهذا بحد ذاته يدفعه إلى الإدمان
تسبب العادة السرية الغضب والحزن فهو بعد انتهاء من الممارسة ينتابه شعور بالذنب وأنه من الممكن أن تسبب له الأمراض . وهذا الشعور يؤدي بصاحبه إلى الإحساس بالخوف من المجهول وكثرة الأسئلة التي تراوده في نفسه .
العادة السرية لا تؤدي إلى اللذة الجنسية الحقيقية – فالجماع يعتبر حدث هام لأنه يتم به التقاء شخصان محبان فيتبادلان المتعة طيلة الوقت ، وهنا ليست فقط الأجهزة التناسلية فقط تأخذ حقها من المتعة ولكن حتى النفس تشعر بالراحة والسعادة – بينما في العادة السرية ما هو إلا حدث غير مهم لأنه يكون لوحده وهو عبارة عن تفريغ فقط لمحتويات الأعضاء التناسلية .
ممارسة العادة السرية عند الفتاة أشد خطورة وذلك لأن الفتاة قد تلجأ لاستعمال أدوات أو أشياء لحك الأعضاء التناسلية في طلب النشوة مما قد يصل لمحاولة إدخال إصبعها بالمهبل مما يهدد عذريتها .
هناك مضاعفات خطيرة قد تنشأ من التمادي في ممارستها مثل احتقان وتضخم البرستاتة وزيادة حساسية قناة مجرى البول مما يؤدي إلى سرعة القذف عند مباشرة العملية الجنسية الطبيعية، وقد يصاب بالتهابات مزمنة في البروستاتة وحرقان عند التبول ونزول بعض الإفرازات المخاطية صباحاً.
هل تسبب العادة السرية العقم عند الرجل ؟
لا – لا تسبب ممارسة العادة السرية العقم عند كلا الجنسين .
هل تؤدي إلى ضعف الانتصاب والقذف المبكر والبرود الجنسي ؟
لا – لا تسبب كلا من هذه الأمراض ولكن كثرتها المفرطة ممكن أن تؤدي إلى تعود الأعصاب على الهياج اليدوي أو أن يصاب الجهاز التناسلي بالتهاب . ولكن لا تسبب ذلك إذا كانت في حدود المعقول .
هل تسبب العادة السرية إلى الرجفة أو التهاب الجمجمة أو انهيار الأعصاب أو الشلل أو الجنون ؟
كلا العادة السرية لا تسبب أي مرض من هذه الأمراض .
بعد أن عرفنا كل شيء عن العادة السرية ما هو العلاج المناسب لتوقف عن هذا الفعل ؟
يكون بالزواج أن كان الشخص قادرا على ذلك .
الإرادة هي العامل الأول والرئيسي لترك هذا الفعل .
ضبط النفس – وليس الكبت ويكون ضبط النفس بمعرفة الشخص نفسه بضعفه وسرعة تأثره في المواقف ، لذلك يحاول أن يبتعد عن هذا الطريق الذي يؤدي به الإثارة ولا يسمح لهذه الرغبات والتهيجات أن تكون بنفسه من الأساس . وأما الكبت يقصد به هو تخزين الرغبات الجنسية بحجة التحكم فيها فتظل الرغبة مشتعلة تنتظر اللحظة المناسبة لتخرج . والخلاصة أن يبتعد الشخص عن كل ما هو من الممكن أن يثيره جنسيا ويبتعد عن مشاهدة الأفلام الخليعة وعن مواطن الإثارة .
حاول أن توجه حواسك وفكرك في أمور كالطبيعة والتأمل في خلق الله وملكوته ، فهذا أفضل من توجيه الفكر في الجنس .
صن حواسك ونقي نظراتك ولا تسمع للأحاديث الغير مجدية ، وأنظر إلى كل فتاة على أنها أختا لك -- أما المنحرفات فلا تلق إليهن بالا .
لا ترجع إلى فراشك بعد أن تنهض منه --- ولا تعود إلى الفراش إلا وأنت تشعر بالتعب حتى تنام مباشرة .
تجنب الحمامات الساخنة وحاول الإستحمام وأنت على عجل (مثلا ، صباحا قبل الذهاب للمدرسة ، الجامعة أو العمل)
تجنب الكتب المثيرة وأحس في اختيار الأصدقاء الذين يعينونك على الحق وليس الباطل .
الابتعاد عن المأكولات المسببة للغازات والتوابل المهيجة والولائم الدسمة .
وأيضا الابتعاد عن أكل اللحم والسمك والأصداف والبيض بشكل مفرط والإكثار من أكل الفاكهة والسلطة والخضار والحليب .
أن يحاول الشخص أن ينفتح على العالم الخارجي وأن يكون صداقات .
يحاول قدر الإمكان أن لا يخلو بنفسه إذا كان يعلم بأنه من النوع الذي يفكر كثيرا بالجنس .
القيام بالأعمال الرياضية صباحا ومساء .
أما في الحالات الصعبة فاللجوء إلى الطبيب هو أفضل وسيلة إذ يصف الطبيب في هذه الحالة بعض المهدئات التي تخفف منها .

القبلة هي ترمومتر يقيس حرارة الحياة الزوجية كلما كانت ساخنة كلما عاش الزواج واستمر وكلما كانت باردة كان الزواج في طريقه للإنعاش والوفاة.. تقول هيللين رولاند القبلة بالنسبة للمرأة هي نهاية البداية وبالنسبة للرجل هي بداية النهاية وبنظري فإن المرأة تهوى القبلات أكثر من الجنس والجماع لأنها دليل صادق .. فالحب في قلب المرأة نار خابية تزكيها رياح القبلات وتقول الأمثال الفرنسية القبلة هي الطريقة الوحيدة لتمنع فم المرأة من الثرثرة والكلام وهي تقنع أكثر من الجدل، وقديما أحتار الطاغية نيرون فتمنى لو أن لجميع نساء العالم ثغرا واحدا لقبلة واستراح.

· ينصح الدكتور جون كوتليا مؤلف كتاب "اللياقة الجنسية Fit for sex" الأزواج بضرورة الاهتمام بنظافة الفم اللسان والشفتان بواسطة النظافة بالفرشاة والمعجون قبل التقبيل وعدم التدخين أو أكل أطعمة ذات رائحة قبل التقبيل وعلاج الالتهابات بالفم واللسان واللثة وبثور الفم والتمتع بنفس صحي سليم خالي من المرض وتأكد بأن قبلتك من الحفيف السطحي إلى العميق الطويل .. اهتم بأناقتك وملبسك ومظهرك عند التقبيل لا تتعجل القبلات حتى تسمح لك المرأة بالدخول استمتع بصوت القبلات وتبادل مع زوجتك المص واللمس والاعتصار والمضغ واللحس بالفم والتذوق للشفاه واللسان. والقبلة تثير الشهوة في المرأة أكثر من أي شيء أخر ولكن القبلة قد تورث المرض إذا كانت من امرأة ساقطة..

الدلع والولع في التدخين ...

قال لي : لا داعي للقلق علي ، فأنا لا أدخن أكثر من ثلاثة سجائر يوميا .. أجبته : القلق قائم يا عزيزي لأن من يدخن ثلاثة سجائر الآن سيصبح من المدخنين التقليديين قريبا . فالثلاثة سترتفع إلى خمسة ، وعشرة ، وعشرين ! أن أوله دلع ونتيجته ولع بهذه العادة الضارة التي يعاني منها الملايين !
والبداية – أيها الأحبة القراء ، تبدأ بسيجارة واحدة ، وربما بجزء من السيجارة من صديق أو شقيق أو في حمام المدرسة أو البيت ... لكنها تتطور مع عدم توفر الرقابة والتوعية بالنسبة للأطفال وطلاب المدارس ، ومع قيام الوالدين أو الأشقاء الكبار في المنزل بالتدخين أمام الصغير الذي يقتدي بهم .. فهم قدوته . وتكبر المسألة وتستفحل !

لقد عمدت شركات تصنيع السجائر إلى وسائل غير إنسانية لاصطياد الشباب ، وذلك بالإعلان عن مسابقات وجوائز قيمة في مناسبات عامة مختلفة ، وتقديم علب سجائر أنيقة وولاعات جميلة مجانا في الأسواق المركزية والأماكن العامة كالمجمعات التجارية ، تقوم بتقديمها فتيات بمظهر مثير للمراهقين بحيث يتم اصطيادهم إلى الموت المحقق ...!

فالأهم في كل ما تقدم أن يكون القدوة .. قدوة صالحة ، وسواء كان القدوة هو الوالد أو الوالدة أو الشقيق الأكبر أو المدرس فيجب أن يمتنع بنفسه عن التدخين أمام الأطفال والصبيان والمراهقين ... لأنهم يقتدون به ويقلدونه ، فيعتقدون أن السيجارة علامة على الرجولة والنضج .. وما دام قدوتنا يدخن فلم لا ندخن ؟! لذلك وقبل أن يقوم ولي الأمر أو المدرس بتقديم النصح والوعظ إلى الأطفال والمراهقين بالامتناع عن التدخين عليه أولا أن يبدأ بنفسه ليكون مثلا يحتذى وقدوة لأولئك الصبيان أو المراهقين ، فلا ينه عن خلق ويأتي مثله !

وإذا ابتلي احد ولاة الأمر – كالأب أو الأم أو الشقيق الأكبر أو المدرس – بالتدخين ، ولم تكن إرادته وعزيمته قادرة على منعه عن تلك العادة الضارة ، لعلى الأقل عليه أن يستتر عن أعين أبنائه وأهل بيته – أو طلابه إذا كان مدرسا – وأن لا يشملهم بالأضرار الناجمة عن دخان سجائره فيصبحوا مدخنين سلبيين لا ذنب لهم إلا أنهم أهله ويعيشون معه تحت سقف واحد !

وبالنسبة إلى المدرس ، فأن عليه أن يمتنع أيضا عن التدخين قبل أن يقدم النصائح إلى تلاميذه أو ينهرهم إذا علم أو رأى احدهم يدخن ، فكيف ينهى عن التدخين والسيجارة في فمه .. أو بين إصبعيه .. أو رائحة فمه وانفه وملابسه تزكم الأنوف ؟ فإذا لم كالحافلات ومكاتب العمل والمستشفيات والمدارس والعيادات يستطع منع نفسه وتحت كل الظروف يجب عليه أن لا يدخن داخل جدران المدرسة .. وإلا فأنه سيكون قدوة سيئة وغير صالحة . والجهات الرسمية – لحسن الحظ – لجأت مؤخرا بعد انتشار التدخين بين صغار السن من طلاب وغيرهم ، وبعد ثبوت أضراره التي تؤدي إلى الموت ، إلى منع التدخين في ألاماكن العامة..وخصصت للمدخنين غرفا صغيرة خاصة بهم يدخنون داخلها وهو معزولون عن الناس كالموبوءين بمرض فتاك !

وما يغيظ أكثر من المدرس وا لأب المدخن ، الطبيب الذي ينصحك بالإقلاع الفوري عن التدخين لحماية رئتيك الضعيفتين وقلبك وشرايينك ... والسيجارة بين شفتيه .. أو أمامه !! انه الاستهتار بعينه بالقوانين ، وبصحة الآخرين وإدراكهم ، فالمريض له عينان تلحظان سيجارة الطبيب . والطالب له عينان وهو يرى سيجارة المدرس ، وكذلك الطفل أو الابن في المنزل !

لقد أعلن أن في بريطانيا وحدها أربعة عشر مليون مدخن ، يرغب عشرة ملايين منهم في الإقلاع عن التدخين بعدما ذاقوا مرارة الأمراض والمعاناة في صحتهم – عدا عن الناحية الاقتصادية والمصاريف التي تحرق ثمنا للسجائر ، وعدا عن تذمر الأهل والأصدقاء وزملاء العمل من روائحهم الكريهة والضارة .. ومظاهر المرض التي على رأسها الكحة والسعال !

وهناك شركات تقوم بالترويج لأدوية قامت بتصنيعها للمساعدة على الإقلاع عن التدخين ، ويوما بعد يوم نسمع أو نقرأ عن دواء جديد يضاف إلى تلك الأدوية التي يقال أنها تساعد المدخنين .... ويكفي أن تعلم أيها القارىء الكريم بأن مبيعات تلك الشركات من تلك الأدوية بلغت عام 1991 تسعمائة مليون دولار أمريكي صرفت منها على الدعاية مائة مليون دولارا !

التحاور والمحاورة من الأمور الفطرية التي فطر عليها الإنسان منذ الأزلقال الله تعالى :- ( ألم تر إلى الذي حاج إبراهيم في ربه أن ءاتاه الله الملك إذ قال إبراهيم ربي الذي يحيي ويميت قال أنا أحيي وأميت .......)
وإبداء الرأي بحرية من الحقوق التي كفلتها الشرائع السماوية والقوانين الوضعية على مر العصور على أن تلتزم بالقواعد الشرعية والنظم الاجتماعية السائدة
قال تعالى ( وقل لعبادي يقولوا التي هي أحسن )
مفاهيم ملازمة للحوار:-
1- الحرية :-
وهي ممارسة الإنسان حقه في كل شيء بما لا يخل بحقوق الآخرين ومتطلباتهم
2- الرأي :-
وهو وجهة االنظر الشخصية تجاه موقف ما دون دليل قطعي أو فهم خاطىء لدليل صحيح
3- الحوار :-
من المحاورة وهي المراجعة في الكلام
قال تعالى :- ( قد سمع الله قول التي تجادلك في زوجها وتشتكي إلى الله والله يسمع تحاوركما إن الله سميع بصير )
والحوار ه مناقشة بين طرفين أو عدة أطراف يقصد بها تصحيح الكلام وإظاهر حجة وإثبات حق وضحد شبهة ورد مفاسد من القول والرأي
4- حرية الرأي :-
هي ممارسة الإنسان حقه في التعبير الشفوي والكتابي عن وجهة نظره الشخصية في موقف ما ليس له دليل قطعي وبما لا يضر النظم السائدة وحقوق الآخرين
أركان الحوار:-
1-موضوع الحوار
2-الهدف من الحوار فلا بد أن يكون هدفه مهما لا أن يكون مجرد حديث عابر بلا هدف أو فائدة
3معرفة الطرف الآخر للحوار
4-الوسيلة المناسبة للحوار
أصول الحوار :-
1-سلوك الطرق العلمية والتزامها سواءا في تقديم الأدلة المثبتة وفي صحة نقل الأمور المنقولة
2-سلامة كلام المحاور وأدلته من التناقض
3-ألايكون الدليل هو عين الدعوى لأنه حينئذ لا يكون دليلا وإنما يكون إعادة للدعوى بألفاظ أخرى
4-الاتفاق على منظلقات ثابتة ينطبق منها الحوار
5-التجرد :- قصد الحق والبعد عن التعصب والالتزام بآداب الحوار
6-أهلية المحاور أي أن يكون راغب الحوار أهلا له قادرا عليه
7-الرضا والقبول بالنتائج والالتزام الجاد بها وبما يترتب عليها في حالة ثبوتها
جانبي ( أهلية المحاور)
1-أحقية الفرد بالمحاورة لكفاءته وعلمه ومركزه
2-أن يكون الفرد المحاور على حق فلا يكون على باطل ويرغب الدفاع عن الحق
3-أن يكون المحاور على معرفة بالحق وليس جاهلا به
4-أن يكون الفرد المحاور قادرا على المحاورة والدفاع عن الحق
5-أن يكون المحاور على دراية بمسالك الباطل حتى لا يقع فيها
آداب الحوار :-
أ-الآداب النفسية للحوار والمتعلقة بنفسية المحاور ونفسية الخصم من حسن الاستماع واحترام الطرف الآخر وعدم سبه وشتمه والهدوء والثقة بالنفس
ب-الآداب العلمية وتتعلق بالكفاءة العلمية ونقطة البدء والتدرج في طرح الموضوع والبدء بالأهم والصدق والأمانة وضرب الأمثلة وإيراد الأدلة والبراهين في الرجوع إلى الحق والتسليم بالخطأ
ج- الآداب اللفظية وتتعلق بالعبارات المناسبة وأدب السؤال والتذكير والوعظ وعدم الاستعجال ومباغتة الخصم وثناء المحاور على نفسه أو خصمه بالحق

لا يخفى بأن الممارسة الجنسية الواقعية تختلف كل الإختلاف عن تلك التي تصورها لنا أكاذيب هوليوود, فالأمر لا يتم بالنجاح الباهر بعد أول لقاء, كما يصوره الإعلام التجاري, بل بعد فترة يعتاد فيها الزوجين على بعضهما و يتفهما حاجتهما. و رغم أن لكل زوجين متعتهما الخاصة بالممارسة الجنسية, و التي تُكتشف مع الزمن, إلا اننا لا نمانع من سرد تقنيات عامة بالممارسة الجنسية الصحية. أن أهم ما يشغل بال الرجل عادة هو الإيلاج و القذف, في حين يغفل عن جانب المداعبة بالمرأة و قد ناقش القرآن و الإسلام هذه المسألة بعناية. المرأة, بالمقابل, لا تشغل فكر الرجل عن الإيلاج بنشاطات أخرى و عادة ما تكون سلبية بالفراش و غير متجاوبة, الأمر الذي يبرم الرجل و يصيبه بالإحباط. الواقع أن الرجل لا يطلب مجنونة متهيجة بالفراش, فلا يريد جنس أفلام تجارية, و لا يريد جثة هامدة بالمقابل. المطلوب هي امرأة تتفاعل مع الجنس بأسلوب طبيعي و بلا تكتمات الحياء. الرجل بحاجة لان يقسم العملية الجنسية لأربعة أقسام تكون قابلة للتنفيذ بعد التهييء العاطفي و الكلامي: الإيلاج عملية غير قابلة للشرح لأنها بديهية و غريزية, إلا أنه من المستحسن أن تتم بمرحلة متأخرة و قريبة لمرحلة الشبق عند الأنثى, و ذلك بحالة القذف السريع الذي يضمن للزوج و الزوجة توقيتا ملائما للغاية. و عند الإيلاج لا مانع من اللمس القوي نسبيا و الضغط على بعض الأطراف الأنثوية من قبل الشاب, أو العكس, مع أن النساء يخرمشن عادة جراء تأثرهن, و لا نجني منهن سوى جروح لا يصدقن بأنهن أحدثنها عادة . الإيلاج ليس الجنس بل هو جزء منه, لأن الجنس ليس تلك العملية الأتوماتيكية بل مفهومه أكبر بمدرسة القرآن الكريم. أنه عملية تقارب روحي و إتحاد حقيقي لدرجة أن الجسدان يتحدان بروح واحدة و هيام لذيذ علويٌ. بعد القذف مباشرة, و الراحة القصيرة, لا تغادر زوجتك بل عانقها و ضمها إلى صدرك. أنها بحاجة لإشباع عاطفي بعد الإشباع الجنسي. مسد شعرها و قبلها بنعومة و أهمس لها بكلام الحب, بل و لا بأس بأخذ حمام رومنسي معا بعدها, و بالطبع لن تنسيا غُسل الجنابة الواجب بالإسلام. |
